The use of the ride-hailing app by drivers and passengers is governed by these terms and conditions. You agree to these terms in full by using or accessing the app.
Qualifications
* Users must be at least eighteen years old. Drivers need to have a current driver's license and vehicle paperwork.
Registering an Account
* You are in charge of keeping account information private. * You must supply accurate and up-to-date information. Only one account per user is permitted.
Rider Conditions
* After driver acceptance, cancellation fees may be incurred. * Riders must supply accurate pickup and drop-off locations. Drivers must be treated with respect by riders.
* The rider will be liable for any damage to the vehicle.
Driver Conditions
* Drivers must adhere to traffic laws and regulations; * They must keep their vehicles in safe condition; Any misbehavior could result in a permanent ban or suspension. Drivers are not employees; they are independent contractors.
Fees & Payments
* Demand, time, and distance are taken into account when calculating fare. There might be a platform fee. Refunds may be reviewed.
Cancellations
* Penalties may be applied for repeated cancellations. After a certain amount of time, there might be a cancellation fee.
Activities Prohibited
Users are not allowed to:
* Use the app for illicit purposes * Abuse or harass other users Give misleading information Attempt to compromise or harm the system
Termination & Suspension
We maintain the right to:
* Permanently ban repeat offenders; * Suspend accounts for infractions; * Terminate access without warning if necessary
Liability Limitation
We are not accountable for:
* Personal conflicts between the driver and the rider * Weather-related or traffic-related delays * Loss of personal belongings
Accessibility of Apps
Due to maintenance or technical difficulties, we cannot guarantee continuous service.
Regulating Law
The laws of India will apply to these terms.
